I've been to the Midwest Furfest in Chicago this weekend. It was an extremely interesting event. I loved to meet and chat with the artists there, get a few badges made (I'll post them if I can get the scanner working), visit a city that I never have been before, eat a Chicago Deep Dish pizza (was awesomes) and see the creative people in their 'Fursuits'. It was quite fun intermingling with them. And to those who think that's weird? What do you think of the person in a Mickey Mouse suit? Same thing, except Mickey is very well known and someone's character isn't. And many of them are well created and looks awesome.

Sadly, I learn other things that have made me quite disturbed. And I hate what I've seen there, but.. meh.. oh well.

I'll be trying to scan the badges and the present for my sis-in-law as soon as I can. They are very well done and I promised the artists that I would send them a copy.
